What do I get when I buy a template pack?

Each pack is an instant digital download containing professionally written letter templates in both DOCX and PDF format. The exact letters included are listed on every product page, and you keep lifetime access, downloads never expire.

How are the templates delivered?

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is processed you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you in your receipt.

What file formats do the templates come in?

Every template is included twice: a DOCX file you can edit, and a matching PDF for easy viewing and printing.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. The DOCX files open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and LibreOffice. Each letter uses clearly marked placeholders like [Your Name] and [Company Name], replace them with your details and the letter is ready to send.

Do the templates work in Google Docs?

Yes. Upload the DOCX file to Google Drive and open it with Google Docs, formatting is preserved and you can edit it like any other document.

Are there free templates?

Yes, two ways: every template page on this site shows a free preview of the letter, and the Free Letter Template Samples pack gives you 3 complete templates at no cost so you can check the quality before buying.

How much do the packs cost?

Individual category packs range from $12 to $19. The Professional Pack (30+ templates) is $29, and the Complete Library, every template on the site, 450+ letters, is $119.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Stripe over a secure connection. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Amazon Pay, or Link.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Guest checkout is enabled. You only need a name and email address, and your download link is delivered to that email.

What is your refund policy?

Because the products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do consider refunds in three cases: a duplicate purchase, a technical issue our support team can’t resolve within 48 hours, or a product that doesn’t match its description. Can I use the templates for anything I want?

Your purchase includes a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license: use the templates as many times as you like for your own correspondence, customize them freely, and print or email the finished letters. Reselling or redistributing the template files themselves isn’t permitted, see the Terms of Service.

Are these templates legal advice?

No. Our templates are professionally written starting points for common situations, but they are general documents, not legal advice. For legal matters, or anything with significant consequences, please consult a licensed attorney, see our Disclaimer.

I lost my download link, what do I do?

First check the order confirmation email (including spam) for your download link. It doesn’t expire. If you can’t find it, email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll get you access again.
