Digital Products: All Sales Final

All products sold on formallettertemplates.com are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed digital purchases.

When We May Issue a Refund

We understand that issues can arise. We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:

Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Technical issue: If you are unable to download or open your files after purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Incorrect product: If the product delivered does not match the description on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with:

Your order number
The email address used for purchase
A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

EU/EEA Customer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, this right is waived when the consumer:

Expressly consents to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
Acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download begins.

By completing your purchase on our site, you provide this consent via the checkout acknowledgment checkbox. Once the download is initiated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concern quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your download access being revoked.
