Products and Services
We sell digital letter template documents in DOCX and PDF format. All products are delivered electronically as instant downloads after purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Affirm through Stripe.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We do consider refunds in three cases. A duplicate purchase, a technical issue our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, or a product that does not match its description. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own personal or internal business correspondence, as many times as you need. You may:
- Use templates as many times as needed for your own personal or internal business correspondence
- Modify and customize with your own information
- Print or email the completed letters
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the template files
- Upload templates to any website or file-sharing service
- Use templates as part of a competing product or service
Download links do not expire and are not limited by number of downloads. “Lifetime access” means for as long as formallettertemplates.com operates; if we ever close, we will give at least 30 days’ notice on the homepage so you can re-download your files. Templates added to the Complete Library after your purchase are included; re-download from your original link to get them.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid for the specific product, (b) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (c) fifty US dollars ($50.00).

Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
